Beth Promoted to Prem!
Beth had her first race at the Wagon Lane slalom in 2003 and reached Div 1 by the end of her first year. One full season followed in Div. 1, reaching bib 16 by season’s close.
This year she has had four thirds followed by wins at Bala Mill and Washburn, taking her past the 475 target and becoming, if memories are correct, the youngest person ever to make Prem. through the normal ranking route.
She will now have a summer of relaxation trying play boating in Landec, Austria, training at Augsburgh in Bavaria and at Holme Pierrepont. Her final challenge this year will be try to secure a place in the J14 Pan Celtic team for next season.
