We are an on line physiotherapy practice enabling people to self manage their injury with expert physio guidance.
As well as offering personalised rehab programmes we have lots of free advice on site. At the moment articles that would be of interest to your club members include, healing an injury with ice, rotator cuff injury, and canoeists knee. New articles are added regularly.
Whilst not a competitive canoeist myself we do enjoy messing around in our open Canadian canoe which gives me insight into canoeing injuries from both a personal and professional standpoint!

SEA KAYAKING
Dear fellow paddlers,
You may know how great the West Coast of Scotland is for superb sea kayaking. Where we are, in Arisaig, is a very special area that has some of the best sea kayaking in the world. Not only that, but some of the best scenery too. If you don’t know it, then you should take some time to look it up.
We are lucky enough to live and kayak here all year round. This year, we have set up a sea kayak hire business, www.seakayakhighlands.co.uk. If you are coming to this area and want to hire a kayak, we would be delighted to help.
We also have self catering accommodation overlooking the sea and islands at Arisaig www.achnaskiacroft.co.uk.
Hope to see you here soon.
Mike
